Sareerul Qalam was established in 2012 by calligrapher and visual artist Muhammad Kashif Khan to promote and disseminate the practice of Islamic arts. Muhammad Kashif Khan is a renowned calligrapher with a well-established practice in Islamic Arts. He teaches at the Department of Visual Studies, Karachi University and Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture.
