The Sindh Provincial Museum was established in 1971 to collect, preserve, study, and exhibit the records of the cultural history of Sindh. The museum features the history and heritage of Sindh and Indus Valley Civilization. Its collection includes items from various ruling periods of Sindh including Samma, Soomra, Kalhora and Talpur periods. Divided into two sections its display galleries also include a view of Sindhi lifestyle, the home, decorated with household objects and life size models representing a normal daily life of the Sindhi people.

The Sindh Provincial Museum is situated on the National Highway, near Rani Bagh Qasimabad, Hyderabad.
