“I think therefore I paint”
(Inspired by Rene Descartes)
Ghalib Baqar believes painting requires a painter. He says, “first painting chose me, then I welcomed painting. I think I am made for painting. My conscious and subconscious leads me to create something.”
His paintings are based on colours of nature and the different angles of struggle in human life. Poetry, literature and music can be felt through his art. The old and new vocabulary of art is also found in his paintings.
