Makhdoom is a self-taught artist. His works belong to abstract, conceptual, fictional & imaginative subjects. Makhdoom paints mysteries and situations mostly, relating to humans with unseen motives, feelings, sometimes driven by strange, uncommon, supernatural thoughts with the involvement of imaginative creatures. His work contains mysteries related to society & humans, situations, emotions, feelings, fear, aliens, darkness, supernatural things, sadness, sorrows, happiness, broken, torn, love, florals, joy, celebration etc. all coming out from his own mind. His inspirations are his thoughts, dreams, life experiences and happenings around him. Sometimes his work is spontaneous as a direct reflection of something coming out from him which he never planned to paint. According to him he categorizes his art as “Living and the Unseen ”. Makhdoom’s work doesn’t include expression of conclusions or results so far.
