“Expressing emotional and spiritual war reflects my experiences and observations about my surroundings and environment. It is a time-consuming process and requires keen impulses. In my work-process, I record my feeling in terms of lines, marks, tones, texture and spaces which reflect the illusion of life. I am fascinated by fluid mediums such as ink, water colour and bitumen solution, which echo the fluidity of life. My artwork holds a certain control for dealing with both, medium and expression. I invite my audience to think about life in a philosophical manner and carry those reflections into their own surroundings.”
